What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?
Your account stays — read-only — until you pick a plan. Existing service events and reports remain accessible. No automatic charge, no card required to start.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Your equipment, service events, repairs, verification tests and leak inspections export as audit-ready PDFs from the Reports page. The federal leak-repair rules require at least three years of records (40 CFR 84.106(l)); if you cancel, your account stays available read-only for at least three years after the subscription ends, so you can still sign in and generate them.
Is the leak-rate math really EPA-accurate?
The compliance engine implements both leak-rate methods 40 CFR §84.102 defines — annualizing and rolling average — against the category thresholds §84.106(c)(2) actually sets (10% comfort cooling, refrigerated transport and other appliances / 20% commercial refrigeration / 30% industrial process). The same code generates the on-screen number and the PDF you'd hand an inspector.
How is my data secured?
Postgres with row-level security on every regulated table — your org's rows are isolated at the database layer, not just in the UI. Service-role keys never touch the browser. Hosted on Supabase (SOC 2 Type 2) and Vercel.

What if I get audited tomorrow?
Open the Reports page and download the records an inspector asks for — each appliance's file and service history as PDFs. For any unit at 125% or more, the chronic-leaker filing worksheet lays out the March 1 report, which itself is filed electronically in EPA's HAWK platform (§ 84.106(m)). The audit trail is append-only at the database level, so the documents you produce match the record exactly.
Do you integrate with my dispatch software?
No. Today the workflow is: tech logs the service event on their phone after the call (QR-scan or pick the unit, enter lbs added, sign with EPA cert).
Refund policy?
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for; after that the account is read-only — you can still view your records and generate the PDF reports. Fees are generally non-refundable: we may refund a duplicate charge, a billing error or a material outage of more than 72 continuous hours if you ask within 15 days of the charge.
